Our first meeting will focus on getting to know one another with exploratory discussions to establish goals and aspirations, as well as establishing compatibility. I will explain my approach and how best I can tailor my services to meet your needs.

Once growth and developmental objectives have been established, I will design a programme tailored to your specific goals, over a timeframe which best supports ongoing connection and trust, as well as promoting longer term success.

It is important to maintain connection and momentum with mentoring and coaching. I will create a schedule of regular meetings specifically designed to align with your personal and professional achievement targets. This could involve phone conversations, in-person meetings, emails, 3-way coaching sessions if applicable (ie: with a colleague).
